What GAMA is
GAMA is a token launchpad and exchange on the GIWA network: an app that lets you build transactions and sign them with your own wallet against GAMA's smart contracts. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with Upbit, Dunamu or the GIWA team. GAMA has no accounts and never holds your funds or your keys, so it cannot move, reverse, cancel or refund a transaction. See What is GAMA?
Test network
GAMA runs on GIWA Sepolia, a test network. Test ETH and every token on it have no monetary value, and a new release can replace the current one. See Network status.
No warranty
The app, these docs and GAMA's data services are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. The smart contracts can contain bugs. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the sites can be unavailable. Check what your wallet shows before you sign.
Not advice
Nothing GAMA publishes is financial, legal or tax advice. A token appearing on GAMA is not an endorsement of it. The risks are summed up in the Disclaimer.
Tokens anyone can launch
Anyone can create a token without approval and give it any name, image or description. GAMA does not review tokens or their creators, and a token can imitate another project. The app marks only GAMA's own token as official; see The official seal. GAMA may remove an unlawful image from its own servers, but the token stays on the blockchain.
Fair use
Use GAMA only where that is lawful for you. Do not use it to defraud or impersonate others, do not upload images you have no right to publish, and do not attack, overload or scrape GAMA's sites and data services. The services are rate limited, and access can be limited or blocked to keep them usable for everyone.
Fees
The fees GAMA's contracts charge are described in Fees and shown in the app before you sign. Network gas is paid to the network, not to GAMA.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GAMA and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from use of GAMA, its contracts, any token or any third-party service, or from reliance on the data GAMA shows.
Changes
These terms can change; the date above shows the latest revision. Continued use means acceptance. See also the Privacy Notice.
