Credits and reward pages
Every fee a GAMA launch charges is recorded, at the moment of the trade, as a credit: an amount GAMA's fee contract holds for one account. This page explains who has credits, how they are paid, and the pages in the app where you see your own rewards and everyone's payouts.
What a credit is
A credit belongs to one account, in one asset, in one place:
- The account is whoever the fee is for, such as a creator's payout wallet or GAMA's treasury.
- The asset is the launch's paired asset, so an account can have an ETH credit and a GAMA credit side by side.
- The place is where the money sits until it is paid. Fees from curve trades and the creation fee sit in the GAMA fee contract. Fees from pool trades stay in GAMA DEX until they are paid.
In Portfolio, under Creator earnings, the Held by column shows the place: GAMA fee contract or GAMA DEX. Each place is paid separately.
Who has credits
| Account | Where its credits come from |
|---|---|
| A creator's payout wallet | 70% of the trading fee and the whole creator tax of its standard launches |
| GAMA's treasury | 70% of GAMA's share of fees, including creation fees |
| The GAMA buyback-and-burn | 30% of GAMA's share of fees |
| The payout operations address | The charges on automatic payouts. On the testnet, this is the treasury |
| A reward-mode token | Its holder fees, which back its holders' rewards |
GAMA's admin can change how GAMA's own share is divided, for future fees only. See Protocol revenue.
How credits are paid
- Creators and the treasury are paid automatically about every five minutes, with the same rules and the same charge as holder rewards, and can claim at any time for free. See Payouts and claims.
- The buyback-and-burn's credit is never paid out. ETH buys GAMA, GAMA is burned, and any other asset is sent to the treasury. See Buyback and burn.
- A reward token's credit is never paid out as a credit. Its holders receive it as holder rewards. See Holder rewards.
A credit already recorded cannot be moved to someone else. Redirecting a fee wallet, a forced creator replacement or a change to GAMA's split all apply to future fees only.
Where the app shows rewards
| Page | How to get there | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Rewards | Portfolio, then Rewards | Your holder rewards: unclaimed, received, and every payment. See Your rewards |
| Creator earnings | Portfolio, then Creator earnings | Your credits, with their payments and a free claim. See Creator controls and earnings |
| Platform payouts | Holder payouts in the footer | Holder rewards paid by every reward-mode launch |
| $GAMA | $GAMA in the header | What waits to buy GAMA, and every burn. See The GAMA page |
Platform payouts
Platform payouts gathers the holder rewards paid by every reward-mode launch. Its tabs at the top switch between Your rewards and Platform payouts.

- Your rewards / Platform payouts: switches between your own rewards and everyone's.
- Totals: Total paid to holders, Launches paying holders and Payments to holders.
- Period: 7 days, 30 days or All time.
- Paid in each asset: the total for each paired asset.
Below the totals, a daily chart shows what was paid each day, and Launches paying holders lists each launch with what it paid in the period. ETH totals include rewards claimed as WETH. At the bottom, GAMA buyback and burn lists the latest burns, which are paid for from GAMA's own share of fees, not from holder rewards.
